Ñusta of Wisdom, Sacred Order, and Right Relationship

Join us as we honor Mama Oqllo, the foundation of creation, through sacred ritual and teaching.

Born from Lake Titicaca, Mama Oqllo is the first Goddess to walk the Earth, the daughter of Father Sun and Mother Earth. She carries the original blueprint of wisdom, stability, and right relationship. Her blessing opens the path for all other rites.

Mama Oqllo is the great civilizing Mother, the one who brings knowledge into form. She teaches us how to live in right relationship with ourselves, with others, and with the Earth. Her presence brings structure and intelligence that transforms lived experience into true wisdom.

Through her guidance, we begin to create a life that is intentional, harmonious, and rooted in truth. She teaches us to tend what matters, to bring care and order to our inner and outer worlds, and to lead with a quiet, grounded authority.

This is the beginning of the path.

Welcome to the Heart of Healing

Step 1

What to Wear

Wear something that feels like you… and that you can move in comfortably.

We will be sitting, standing, and moving throughout the ceremony, often repeatedly, so choose clothing that supports your body and allows you to stay present.

You are welcome to come adorned, as your inner priestess, empress, sacred masculine, or simply with intention.

Comfort and presence matter most.

Step 2

What to Bring

Please come prepared to be comfortable and present for the duration of the gathering.

You may wish to bring:

  • A journal and pen
  • A water bottle
  • Comfortable layers
  • A blanket or cushion for the floor
  • Any personal sacred items for the altar (optional)
  • 7 stones or rocks to begin building your Ñusta Mesa
  • Cloth to hold your Ñusta Mesa, a piece of fabric, bag, etc. Maybe a ribbon, string, or leather to tie it.
  • More details upon registration.

Step 3

How to Prepare

To support the depth of this work, please arrive with a clear and grounded system.

  • Refrain from alcohol or substances for 24 hours prior
  • Come well rested and hydrated
  • Eat lightly before arrival

This allows you to be fully present and available for the ceremony.

Attunements

Each gathering includes a direct transmission (Rite) of a Ñusta.

This is an energetic initiation held in ceremony. You will be guided through ritual, prayer, and a structured process that opens your connection to this Ñusta and begins the formation of your personal Ñusta Mesa.

There is nothing you need to perform or achieve. Your role is to be present, attentive, and receptive.

Ceremony

Our time together is held as a focused and intentional ceremonial space.

We move through a rhythm of:

  • Opening the space and setting intention
  • Teachings to understand the Ñusta we are working with
  • Guided ceremony and energetic attunement (rite)
  • Quiet integration and reflection

There is space for stillness, listening, and allowing the work to unfold without pressure or expectation.

The Mesa Path

As you move through the Seven Ñustas, you will be building your personal Nusta Mesa. Each medicine stone (kuyah) adds to this bundle, forming a living relationship with the lineage over time.

Please bring 7 stones to begin building your Ñusta Mesa, with one stone for each of the Seven Ñusta Goddesses. These are simple, natural stones gathered through your own connection with the Earth, not chosen as crystals, but for the relationship you feel with them. Each stone will be attuned over time and come to hold your connection with a Nusta.

If you are planning on joining for one class at a time to pop in then still bring all 7 stones for the first Ñusta Mama Oqllo. If you are joining after her, you can bring the one stone for the Goddess we are working with.

A ÑustaMesa is a personal healing bundle for your own use that unfolds as you walk the path, and is not used for others.

You may also bring a cloth to hold your Ñusta Mesa, a piece of fabric, anything that will carry and protect your stones over time. This becomes part of your bundle, creating a dedicated space for your work with the Ñustas and the relationship you are building. More details in the registration.

After the Ceremony

With each session, you will receive a detailed guide with:

  • Teachings for the Ñusta
  • History of the Ñustas, medicine keepers and sacred sites
  • Practices to continue at home
  • Integration support s between gatherings

This allows the work to continue in a steady and supported way.
