Peruvian Shamanic Foundations – The Art of Tracking Energy

Tracking is the art of learning how to see, feel, and understand energy.… with yourself, within the field around you, and with others – with permission.

In this class, you will learn how to track energy in real time using both your intuitive senses and shamanic tools. We will explore how to gather clear information and how to trust what you are perceiving.

You will practice:

• Using journey tracking as a tool for deeper insight and guidance
• Working with a felt sense as a primary way of receiving information
• Tracking energy for yourself and another person through partnered work
• Tracking through the tapestry: reading patterns, themes, and energetic threads
• Learn safety protocols and boundaries of tracking energy in sacred space
• Working with a tracking animal guide that aligns with you

We work with strong energetic boundaries and clear protocols so tracking stays safe, respectful, and in right relationship. This creates a grounded and ethical container where you can develop your skills with clarity and integrity.

This is a hands-on, experiential class. You will practice tracking in a safe, guided container where you can build confidence in your own perception. Over time, tracking becomes a foundational skill for Shamanic healing, decision-making, and understanding what is truly happening beneath the surface.

Water Goddess Initiations – Nusta Karpay

In this gathering we meet Doña Mujia, (Dona Maria) the Water Goddess. Her medicine is emotional healing, release, and returning to a state of flow. Doña Mujia helps dissolve fears, insecurities, and emotional heaviness, gently guiding us back into trust, softness, and deeper connection with our inner waters and intuitive knowing.

Together we will share ceremony, receive the Water Goddess Nusta attunement, and continue creating your personal Nusta Mesa, a small sacred bundle that will grow with each goddess in the series. You’ll learn the story and wisdom of Doña Mujia and experience simple practices that help bring her flowing, heart-centered energy into your everyday life.

You’re welcome to join for a single class, there’s no need to commit to the full series. Each initiation stands on its own, so you can pop in anytime you feel called to receive a rite. This series welcomes people of ALL GENDERS and all levels of experience. Beginners and experienced practitioners are warmly welcome to sit in sacred community and receive these beautiful rites.

Earth Goddess Initiations – Nusta Karpay

Step into a sacred circle of the Seven Nustas, the revered Goddesses of the Andean traditions of Peru. These ancient rites carry teachings of balance, healing, and harmony with the Earth. Over this seven-part journey, each gathering introduces a different goddess and the wisdom she brings: guiding us to reconnect with our hearts, our creativity, and the living spirit of Pachamama, Mother Earth.

In this first gathering we meet Mama Ocllo, the Mother Goddess. Her medicine is about vitality, passion for life, and feeling safe and supported in the physical world. Mama Ocllo helps restore a sense of grounding and stability, gently easing feelings of anxiety, hostility, or uncertainty about the future while awakening a deeper trust in life.

Together we will share ceremony, receive the first Nusta attunement, and begin creating your personal Nusta Mesa, a small sacred bundle that will grow with each goddess in the series. You’ll learn the story and wisdom of Mama Ocllo and experience simple practices that help bring her grounding, heart-centered energy into your everyday life. Beginners and experienced practitioners are warmly welcome. Both Men and Women are invited in our circle.

Peruvian Shamanic Journey Ceremonial Class

All of our classes are ceremony.

This two-hour experiential class is an invitation into the ancient Andean practice of journeying through Peruvian Shamanic Energetic Medicine.

We begin by opening sacred space in the Peruvian tradition, creating a focused and intentional container. Through rhythm and drum, you will meet a personal journey guide and travel into many realms with safety and support.

You will learn how to Journey and:
• Open sacred space in the Peruvian tradition
• Hold a grounded, clean, trauma-aware container
• Journey through the Three Worlds (Lower, Middle, Upper)
• Connect with a personal guide
• Practice skills you can continue using on your own

40-Hour Shamanic Energetic Medicine Retreat

This 40-hour retreat offers an in-depth exploration of shamanic energetic medicine with a focus on applied facilitation and integration practices. Participants learn how to track subtle energy, work with consent and boundaries, support emotional processing, and guide integration in a grounded, ethical, and sustainable way.

Teaching blends structured instruction, ceremony, and experiential practice. Participants develop practical tools for holding group containers, supporting integration, and working responsibly with energetic medicine in professional settings. The retreat is designed for facilitators seeking to deepen their skills, strengthen their presence, and bring greater coherence, safety, and integrity into their work.

40-Hour Shamanic Energetic Medicine Retreat

March 14-18th, 2025 

This immersive 40-hour retreat offers a comprehensive training in shamanic energetic medicine and facilitation. Participants learn embodied practices, energetic awareness, and how to create and hold sacred, intentional space in both group and one-on-one settings. Teaching focuses on nervous-system regulation, trauma-informed approaches, ethical facilitation, grounding techniques, and energetic boundaries.

The retreat emphasizes experiential learning alongside practical skill-building. Participants are guided through applied exercises, reflective inquiry, and ceremonial practices designed to support clarity, presence, and responsibility in facilitation work. This training supports facilitators in developing confidence, discernment, and integrity when working with others in retreat and ceremonial environments.
